Fast and efficient Processes.
Dealing with debt is stressful. We are set up to advise and act quickly. No one wants to talk to an
Insolvency Practitioner about a potential liquidation but, if you are feeling the pressure, talking about your situation is
likely to be your best option.
When we are discussing your issues, we will explore all the potential avenues, not just formal insolvency
procedures, so you will go away knowing exactly where you stand. The vast majority of people will feel
better knowing they are taking active steps to deal with the problem.
Low cost, not cheap.
At JWH Insolvency Solutions Limited, you will receive expert advice regarding your company’s position,
free
of charge. Obtaining insolvency advice early is key and should be done as soon as you realise there is a potential issue. Dealt with early enough, there could be a chance to save your company.
If the company cannot be saved and liquidation is the only real option, our fees are some of the lowest
in
the market.
How can you do a liquidation for such a low cost?
Our overheads have been kept intentionally low, that is reflected in our charge-out rates, and allows
us
to provide exceptional insolvency services for less.
It is important to note that in a Creditors Voluntary Liquidation there are two fees, pre-appointment
fees to
place the company into liquidation and post-appointment fees once appointed Liquidator. The
pre-appointment
fee is fixed at £2,000 plus VAT and is payable prior to liquidation. The post-appointment fee is agreed by the
creditors at a later date, and will depend on the size and complexity of the case. If there are no
assets available in the liquidation, our post-appointment fees will be written off.
In a Members Voluntary Liquidation, there is only one fixed fee for the whole service, start to finish.
